James: Ethics For Exiles Living in the Empire - James 1:2-8

As James writes to Jewish Christians exiled from the Promised Land due to persecution, these same exiles are likely facing new difficulties, hardships & adversities as they establish their lives in the Greco-Roman empire. How are these Jewish Christian refugees to perceive the trials they had faced & what they are currently facing?
